In the summer of 2007, he signed contract with TuS Koblenz of 2. bundesliga in Germany and signed after two years on 9 July 2009 a contract with Turkish club Denizlispor. After one year in the Turkey, he returned to Germany and signed with MSV Duisburg.[2]
Bajić has been a part of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team. In September 2008, citing his dissatisfaction with the atmosphere in the national team following Ćiro Blažević's arrival at the post of Bosnia national team coach, in an interview for Sportski žurnal daily, Bajić announced his retirement from international football at the age of 28.[3]
